This page explains what information The Spreadsheet collects, how it's used, and who it's shared with. We keep this to what we actually do.

What we collect

• Account info: the email and name you provide, or your profile info from Google if you sign in with Google.
• Usage data: favorites you save, and, when analytics is enabled, product analytics events (page views, feature usage) via PostHog.
• Payment info: purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number - Stripe passes us only your subscription status and billing history.

How we use it

We use this information to run your account, unlock the tools you've paid for, remember your favorites, and understand which features are actually useful so we can improve the Site. We do not use your data for advertising.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share the minimum necessary with the services that run the Site: Google (for Google sign-in), Stripe (for payments), and PostHog (for product analytics, only when enabled). None of these get access to your password or card number.

Your choices

You can update or delete your account, or ask us to delete your data, any time via the Contact page.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
